Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Punk-04 (“the app”, “we”, “us”), a free tool for tracking One Piece Trading Card Game tournament rounds and performance. By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Punk-04 lets you record tournaments and rounds, view win-rate and matchup statistics, and optionally join a “Crew” to compare results with other players. It is provided free of charge, as a hobby/open-source project, on an as-available basis.

Accounts

You can create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, please don’t:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the app’s systems.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or automate interactions with the app in a way that degrades it for other users.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use the Crew feature to impersonate, harass, or abuse other players.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the tournament, round, and profile data you enter. By submitting it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you (and, for Crew data, to the other members of your Crew) solely to provide the service. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase for data storage and authentication, and offers Google Sign-In as an optional login method. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Trademark Disclaimer

Punk-04 is an independent, unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bandai or the official One Piece Card Game. All related trademarks, names, and card imagery belong to their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
